This website used to be a place to host what I’ve been working on and try to bring people to me. I’m at a point in my life where I don’t feel the need to convince people to work with me anymore. I have my life’s purpose, and I’m actively working on it every week.

That purpose is to help bring a Human-Centered (Catholic) perspective to the world through my content and through how I run my own business, ErthSearch.

Ever since the Industrial Revolution, humans have been reduced to numbers. Units of production. First, in a physical sense. More recently, in a mental sense. Corporations have lost the plot. They think the goal is to maximize shareholder value, forgetting that the first shareholder they need to serve is their fellow man.

As a Catholic, I cannot run my business in a way that is ‘standard practice.’ While others replace staff with AI at the expense of families, I will use AI to help my employees be more productive and learn new skills. Each of my employees has unique circumstances, and I’m going to treat them in a way that reflects their infinite dignity.

This is the reason behind the Catholic Founders project. Finding business owners who realize that how we run our companies must differ from the status quo. We band together in the Catholic Founders Guild to grow together and learn from each other.
